Our flooring systems can cost anywhere between $5-$10 per sq. ft. depending on the condition of the floor (cracks, pits, etc.) and how much surface preparation is needed. Pricing can also vary depending on what kind of epoxy you choose.
All of our epoxy floors can be applied to any floor with a concrete or wood surface underneath. This makes it ideal for basements, garages, warehouses, commercial spaces, and more.
If you currently have other flooring or paint over your concrete surface that's not an issue as we have the equipment to get rid of any old flooring material and prepare the concrete below.
One of the most common reasons we do epoxy flooring in basements is due to moisture damage from flooding. With our equipment, we're able to grind away any mold or mildew spots and ensure that the floor is completely clean and dry before putting down any epoxy.
Once the epoxy is placed, it creates a watertight seal ensuring that water cannot reach the floor below and cause damage. We also offer a cove base that can take this watertight seal up your wall to ensure that even a few inches of standing water doesn't do any damage.
With the right care and maintenance, our flooring systems can last between 15-30 years. After this time, they may require some touch-ups or a quick re-seal to restore the look and durability of the floor.
Our floors are very easy to care for given their resistance to many things and durability. To keep your floor's original look you'll want to make sure you're sweeping frequently as dirt debris can leave micro scratches in the floor where dirt and bacteria can build up.
You'll also want to make sure to clean up any spills immediately and use a mild non abrasive soap to clean and NEVER wax the floor (doing so can dull the coating and make it slippery).
Our floors can be slippery just like any other flooring surface, however, we have options available to increase traction and texture to a level that you're comfortable with.
