Our Process

While the process for our different flooring systems can have their own unique installation requirements, the general process for all of our installations are the same.

We always start with visual inspection and a moisture test, if that all looks good we move on to the preparation of the surface to ensure it's ready to be coated. We use a variety of machinery that will get rid of any previous flooring and expose the concrete underneath which we then shot blast to create a smooth surface that our floor coatings can easily bond to.

After floor preparation, we will make any necessary repairs like filling in cracks, pits, and saw cuts with an epoxy filler to make sure the concrete is as smooth as possible. We then apply a self levelling primer and your chosen flooring system (flake, metallic, etc.) and let it dry. We will also go over the floor with another clear top coat (or two depending on your chosen durability) and allow it to fully cure for about 72 hours.

After all of this is done your new floor will be ready to use as normal.
