Meet the Owner
Chad got started with his painting business over 20 years ago and over the years he developed his skills with epoxy flooring as well, and now specializes in it. He is both the owner and operator of Brown Epoxy Flooring and will be the one to personally come out and install your new floor!
When he's not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and two dogs Luna and Oliver, riding dirt bikes and snowmobiles, and enjoying the outdoors at his vacation home in northern Michigan.
Our Story
Chad began his contracting career by working with his father at his painting business as a teen and young adult. In the late 90's, he bought the business from his father and renamed it Brown Painting and Wallpaper.
Over the years he gained more expertise and experience with not only painting and wallpaper, but also epoxy flooring. This became his main interest and he began doing more epoxy floors until he decided to no longer offer the painting services, instead focusing exclusively on flooring.
In 2020, Brown Painting and Wallpaper was officially changed to Brown Epoxy Flooring and we haven't looked back!
